I recently watched the movie Jarhead and I must say it was an excellent movie. The movie follows a Marine Corps sniper, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, as he and his fellow Marines are sent to the Persian Gulf during the first Gulf War. The movie is intense and emotional, and it really captures the horror and confusion of war. The DVD version of Jarhead is a great way to watch the movie. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, and the special features are great. There are deleted scenes, outtakes, and even a featurette about the making of the movie. The DVD also includes a commentary track by director Sam Mendes and producer/writer William Broyles Jr. Overall, I highly recommend Jarhead on DVD. It’s an intense and emotional movie that really captures the horror and confusion of war. The DVD version is great, with excellent picture and sound quality, and lots of special features.
