What’s included?
A setup plan, staged website checks and exact DNS instructions after the destination is provisioned. New domain registration requires a separate quote, approval and payment.
Subscription signup does not move a domain, reserve a name or change DNS. Complex migrations and third-party charges are separately estimated. No domain availability is guaranteed before successful registration.
Keep your registrar if you want to
Your domain registration and website hosting can stay with different providers. Connecting your website generally does not require transferring the domain. We first identify who manages DNS and who provides your email, then prepare the destination site. You receive the specific website records to change after ownership and hosting checks are complete.
Protect email during the move
Business email may depend on MX records and authentication records such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We inventory the existing setup before recommending changes. Replacing nameservers without copying the complete DNS configuration can interrupt unrelated services. The migration plan should identify every intentional change and preserve the records that are still needed.
Review before switching traffic
A staging review should cover navigation, forms, content, mobile layout and the pages that already receive search traffic. Existing URLs need a mapping to relevant destinations, not a blanket redirect to the homepage. Keep a recoverable copy of the old site, agree the cutover and verify the public site and HTTPS afterwards.
Let us arrange a new domain
Tell us your preferred name. We check availability and provide registration and renewal costs, including any premium pricing. The customer is named as registrant, with accurate contact information and a clear renewal arrangement. We purchase only after the name, price and ownership details are approved and payment is arranged. Registration and DNS setup can be part of the same managed onboarding journey.
Should I change my nameservers now?
No. Wait for the approved setup plan and exact records so email and other services are not disrupted.
Who owns a domain you register for me?
You or your business should be the registrant. Contact25 manages the agreed registration and setup work on your behalf.
Is the domain included in the subscription price?
No. Registration and renewal are quoted separately, with the applicable price approved before purchase.
