CONTACT25 · Website maintenance
Website maintenance subscriptions for small businesses
Keep prices, services, images and campaign pages current without commissioning a separate project for every small change. Contact25 combines routine website updates with a private request and review workspace.
What you can ask for
- Update service descriptions, opening hours and pricing
- Replace images and adjust an existing page layout
- Review enquiry forms, broken links and on-page content
What’s included?
A recorded request, a private preview where appropriate, a change summary and a clear approval step. Completed versions remain in your account history.
Regular is £99/month and Priority is £199/month, plus £199 one-off onboarding and applicable VAT. One active task per business. Platform support is checked during onboarding; complex work and external fees are separate.
What counts as a routine change?
Replacing a supplied paragraph, changing a menu price or swapping an approved image on an existing page is usually routine. A new booking engine, customer database or integration changes how the website works and needs an estimate. Send the desired result with the affected page address; we classify the work before it starts. Splitting a large application into many small requests does not make it routine maintenance.
How the monthly queue works
Add requests to your workspace and put the most useful change first. We work on one active task at a time for your business. Priority receives queue preference, not unlimited simultaneous development. Turnaround is confirmed when the brief, access and required assets are available. You review the proposed result and request corrections in the same history.
What to prepare before onboarding
Bring your website address, the name of your hosting provider and the changes you make most often. Tell us which forms, email services and integrations the website depends on. Share access through an agreed secure method, not in a public brief. We confirm the supported scope before moving an existing website or promising responsibility for its maintenance.
Compare the whole cost
The first payment includes onboarding and the first month. Subsequent monthly payments cover the agreed subscription scope. Domain renewals, paid plugins, advertising, physical printing and separately estimated engineering are additional. Compare both ongoing fees and the time spent arranging changes; a cheaper subscription is not a saving if it excludes the work your business actually needs.
Does a subscription include a complete rebuild?
Substantial rebuilds are scoped separately. The ongoing subscription is for agreed routine work; we explain any extra cost before starting.
Can I keep my existing website?
Often, subject to a platform and access review. A migration is not assumed or performed merely because you subscribe.
Do you guarantee a one-hour turnaround?
No. We agree delivery timing once a complete request is scheduled and state any dependency that could delay it.
