Social media campaign planning and content support

Turn one clear business offer into coordinated channel drafts. Keep the brief, copy, preferred dates, feedback and approved versions together in your Contact25 workspace.

What you can ask for

What’s included?

An editable campaign brief and channel-specific drafts with version history. Publishing requires supported account connections and a separately confirmed destination and schedule.

Starter copy is assembled from your brief and needs creative review. A video concept is not a produced video. Paid advertising, community management and external production are outside the standard content queue.

Start with an audience and one action

A useful brief identifies the audience, the offer, the evidence supporting it and the action you want someone to take. Include prices and dates only when they are confirmed. A consultation campaign may aim for completed enquiry forms; a product launch may aim for orders. Define that outcome before choosing the number of posts.

Adapt the idea for each channel

The same business message can need different openings, image crops and calls to action across channels. A LinkedIn post might explain a business problem, while an Instagram carousel can demonstrate the result visually. Email can carry fuller detail and link to the same landing page. The workspace keeps these versions separate so they can be reviewed individually.

Keep a useful approval history

Every saved campaign version is retained. Editing an approved draft creates a new version that needs fresh approval. That lets you see which wording was agreed and why a later change was requested. Planned dates are recorded in Europe/London time as scheduling intentions; they are not confirmation that content has been published.

Measure the result of the campaign

Choose consistent campaign tags and a destination that records the intended conversion. Compare qualified enquiries or sales alongside clicks and engagement. Low reach, weak clicks and poor conversion are different problems. Improve the relevant step rather than increasing post volume automatically. We can refine future campaigns when real channel and conversion data are connected.

Can I edit the copy myself?

Yes. Save channel drafts in your workspace and review the version history. New edits require approval again.

Does approving a campaign post it immediately?

No. Approval records the chosen content. Account connection, channel checks and a confirmed publishing action are separate.

Can I supply my own branding and photos?

Yes. Use the private asset library and provide assets you own or have permission to use. Identify which logo and imagery belong to the campaign.
